How to Use the Broker Assessment

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Company Attributes:
    • Select drop-down ranges for company revenue, financial health, market share, and company reputation.
  2. Professional Advisors:
    • If applicable, check the box(es) next to the relevant advisor(s) with whom you work.
      • Options include financial advisor, lawyer, and accountant.
      • For each advisor, indicate your confidence in receiving clear and reliable advice.
  3. Seller Attributes:
    • Thoughtfully evaluate yourself in various areas, including (but not limited to) financial literacy, comfort paying transaction fees, timeline constraints, negotiation skills, and risk appetite.
